Bachelor of Commerce (B. Com)
Rapid changes in industrial world required competent and skilled staff who can
manage the changes and fast growth in the business organizations. The
traditional commerce graduates have failed to play their effective roll in
today's fast changing and growing business environment. As such the University
of Lahore has designed B.Com (Hons.) program offering specialization in large
number of dynamic disciplines. The main aim of the program is to educate and
train the people for present as well as for future concerns so that they become
useful and productive member of business management team of their organization
and serve its needs in best possible way.
The spread of the course contents is broad enough to groom the graduates for any
major division of the business. The objective of the program is to produce
graduates of highest comprehension of the commerce whose qualifications are
recognized through out the country and abroad because of having studied
internationally recognized curriculum. The program also focuses in developing
personality, communication skills and leadership qualities in students.

Program Duration
B.Com (Hons) - 4 years, 24 courses and a project comprising 144 credit hours
spread over eight half yearly semester.
